Q. Where is METRO Federal Credit Union located?
A.  METRO is located at 2440 E. Rand Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004.  We are conveniently located northwest of Randhurst Shopping Center and just north of Euclid Avenue.
   
Q.  What are METRO's business hours?
A. LOBBY: 

Monday -   Friday         8:00a.m. -  6:00p.m.

Saturday                      8:00a.m. -  1:00p.m.

 

DRIVE-THRU 

Monday -   Friday         7:00a.m. -  6:00p.m.

Saturday                      7:00a.m. -  1:00p.m.
 


Q. To access Call 24 what is my "Personal Identification Number"?
A.  In order to successfully access Call 24 you must use your seven digit account number.  Your personal identification number (PIN) is initially the last four digits of your social security number.  You may change your pin by selecting #1 (account information and transactions) and then #5 (to change personal identification number).
 

Q.   How do I change my address?
A.   A change of address must be requested in writing stating the new and old address, new phone numbers, and account number.  These requests must be signed and may be mailed, faxed, or dropped off in METRO's lobby. 
 

Q.    Do I need to request a new Christmas or Vacation club account each year?
A.    No these accounts remain open continuously and any existing payroll deductions will continue until a member specifically requests METRO to close their account.     

Q.    Are the accounts at METRO federally insured? 
A.   All METRO accounts are insured up to $100,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
 

Q.   How do I increase or decrease my payroll deduction?     
A.  You must fill out a new payroll deduction card. New forms are available from your payroll department or from METRO.  Fill out the form and include all of the deductions you wish to continue, not just the amount increased or decreased.  The form can be sent to METRO or your employer.
