Enhanced Login Security

Beginning (Monday, May 21, 2007, 6pm)

 

You will be prompted to take steps to make your financial transactions more secure online.

 

Introducing enhanced Login Security. Protect your identity from whatever computer you’re using, whether you’re at home or on the go. Your identity is protected, and your peace of mind? At ease.

 

You will presented with a series of three option:

 

Option 1:  Set up 3 Challenge Questions

 (Example: What City were you born?  Answer: Chicago)

  • If you add additional security, you will be asked these questions, when accessing your account from a different computer.

 

Option 2:  Add an e-mail address

(You must give us an e-mail address for notification to you)

  • We will notify you (by e-mail) if someone attempts to access your account  online by using the challenge questions.  (If you enroll in additional security)

 

Option 3:  Add additional Security (Optional)

(Add Additional Security by enrolling your computer, Optional)

  • You can add as many computer as you like, (home, office, family), However, when you access your account thru a computer that has not been enrolled, for security reasons, you will be asked the 3 challenge questions, set up in option 1.  If answer them correctly, you're allowed access to your account information. 

 

  • Once you are logged in, at any time, during you  online session, you can go into

=> User Options

=> Enhanced Login Security

=> Enroll another Computer
