Metro is still the best place to do your financial business. I’ve been dealing with Metro for almost twenty years and to date have never had a bad experience there. Staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They are always looking to help their customers in every way possible. I have currently been banking at the credit union for just about two months and the service I have received is second to none! When I joined Ryan sat down with me and helped me come up with a strong budget and provided some great options to help me stick to it! They also went above and beyond helping me get a great deal on my car and consolidating some of my other bills! Walking into the bank the people actually care about you and your life goals. They are focused on your well being instead of charging you fees up the rear end like Chase who is only goal is to make money off you. Great place to do all of your banking. The staff is exceptionally friendly and personable, and their rates are near the best you can get. I enjoy banking here, and love that they really do a lot for their customers. I couldn't be happier.

Their service is consistent; the employees treat their members as if they are family. Their services compare favorably with the largest financial institutions. One of the easiest financial institutions there is to deal with. The team is friendly and service is fast. They don’t pressure you into their services and they educate and advocate for you in your needs. I have dealt with Anna on some loans, Gabby in accounts and questions and Sal for general questions. They all add a lot of value! Highly recommend them.
