Go Paperless with eBills

Many major billers—including utilities, credit card companies and telecommunications providers—offer electronic bills (eBills). Instead of receiving a paper statement or logging into multiple websites, your bill can be delivered directly to your Bill Pay center within Online Banking. Review your statement, see the amount due and schedule your payment—all from one secure location.

Send Money with Zelle®

Zelle® is available right within Bill Pay in METRO Online Banking and the METRO Mobile App. It’s a fast and convenient way to send and receive money with friends, family and others you trust who have an eligible U.S. bank account. Simply use their email address or U.S. mobile phone number to get started.

To access Zelle®, log in to METRO Online Banking or the METRO Mobile App, select Bill Pay, and choose Zelle®.

Getting started is easy. Log in to METRO Online Banking and select Bill Pay. From there, you can add payees, schedule one-time or recurring payments, enroll eligible bills in eBills, manage payment reminders and access Zelle®—all from one convenient location.

Go paperless with eStatements and enjoy secure, convenient access to your account statements anytime through METRO Online Banking. Instead of waiting for the mail, you'll receive an email notification when your latest statement is ready to view. Best of all, you'll have access to up to 18 months of statement history whenever you need it.

With eStatements, you can:

Getting Started

Enrolling is easy. Simply log in to METRO Online Banking, select eStatements, and follow the enrollment prompts. Once enrolled, you'll receive an email notification each time a new statement is available, and you can securely access up to 18 months of statement history anytime through Online Banking.

eAlerts

With Online Banking eAlerts, you’ll get timely notifications about your account activity—right when it matters. Receive notification by email or text message. Set up alerts for balances, transactions, payments, and more, so you can monitor your accounts anytime, anywhere!

Click on the ‘Create Alert‘ icon and link within Online Banking to set up your custom eAlerts. It’s an easy way to stay informed, avoid surprises, and keep your finances on track.

eNotices

With eNotices, you get notified via your email, so you can take action on your account immediately. Switch over today and eliminate the chance of your notices being delayed or lost in the mail.

Enroll through Online Banking and select the eNotices icon link. You'll be presented with the option to enroll in eNotices for each document type. You can select certain ones, or choose to receive all notices electronically.
