To get the loan process started, please submit an ONLINE LOAN APPLICATION. You can download a PDF version of our Loan Application and submit it to us at loanservices@mcu.org or fax it to 847-670-0401. Include the vehicle information, if possible. We will also request a copy of your most recent paystub for income verification.

Private Party Purchase Information
If the vehicle owner (Seller) has the title in their possession, please provide us with a copy of the title. If the vehicle is financed at another financial institution, have the Seller’s bank supply a Payoff Letter to us. The bank can fax a copy to (847)670-0401 or email to loanservices@mcu.org.
